Changed your mind?

For most online purchases, Irish and EU consumer law provides a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel under this right, please tell us within the applicable period and return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

Unless we state otherwise, return costs that apply to a change-of-mind return are the customer's responsibility. For large items where return costs cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, please contact us before placing your order for an estimate.

Refunds

Where a valid cancellation applies, refunds are made using the original payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements and receipt of the returned goods. We will not delay a refund beyond the period permitted by law.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory consumer rights, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

How to request a return

Email hello@qavuno.co with your order number and reason for the request.
We will provide the return instructions and confirm the applicable return arrangements.
Use suitable packaging and retain proof of return until the matter is resolved.
